Love Letter
Here are the new inbetweens.
Here is the new animation I've been working on. I hope that it doesn't require explaining. It's all stepped keys so far, but I'm about done with timing and it'll soon be time to get into the details.

Funny idea!
My suggestions:
Pause as he finishes reading the letter, before he goes into his thoughtful post.
I see that you're trying to convey that he's pondering the meaning of the letter, but so little is going on during the hold that there's not much in the way of visual cues to his thought process. Give us a hint as to all the million little thoughts that must be flying through his head.
I'd give more time to the anticipation before the happy-go-lucky twirl. Squash him down a bit leading into it.
The twirl itself could of course benefit from a lot of careful thought and maybe some reference of dancers doing similar things.
The movement of his feet post-twirl is awkward. I think I understand what you mean to do, but it's not working at the moment. He pivots almost weightlessly on his toes and lifts his heels from that strange starting point. I tried doing it myself, and it feels really unnatural. Rocking up onto his toes isn't a bad idea, but the physics need work.
Lastly, he goes from that pose to the arms-wide-out pose instantly. Gotta get some breakdowns in between the two.
I lied about "lastly." On the fall he sort of goes from being on one toe to being right on his back. I think he'd probably rock back along the foot before losing his balance completely.
That was the real "lastly." :)
